Karen is one of our lead Physiotherapists. She graduated with a bachelor’s in health science in physiotherapy in 2006 and has spent over 15 years working in private practice. This includes working at and managing a Physiotherapy and Pilates practice in Auckland, before travelling to the UK where she worked in various medical clinics across London. Since returning to New Zealand Karen has completed her Post Graduate Diploma in Musculoskeletal physiotherapy at AUT. As a result, she has vast experience in treating a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuries.
Karen is a qualified Pilates Instructor and finds the combination of manual therapy and Pilates-based exercise to be extremely effective. She is also as a qualified PINC and STEEL Cancer Rehab Physiotherapist and brings a wealth of knowledge when treating people going through or having completed their cancer treatment.
Karen works part-time and has busy twin boys at home. Her and her husband love travel and enjoy anything that gets them outdoors particularly running. View details »
