Since completing her studies, she has gained experience in private clinics, treating sports injuries, functional rehabilitation clients, and ACC contracts, including programs like Stay at Work and Back to Work. Bincy is particularly passionate about post-operative rehabilitation and assisting clients in achieving functional independence. She focuses on an evidence-based approach of education and exercise rehabilitation to help people achieve their goals. She also has valuable overseas physiotherapy experience.
